Summer's here and weekend gatherings are the norm! Iced Fruit Tea is the perfect drink to have at your backyard BBQs and get togethers. They're fun, fruity, and caffeine-free. Kids will also love it - they're like a healthier version of your traditional punch.

Here's a quick little recipe to get you started!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- 1/4 cup fruit tea of your choice
2 cups of boiling water
- a pitcher
- strainer
- sweetener of your choice
- 2 cups of ice
- garnish of your choice - we like sliced citrus fruits and berries
- optional: black or green tea for some caffeine

RECIPE

In your pitcher, measure 1/4 cup fruit tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over the tea, and let steep for at least 10 minutes. You can steep longer for a stronger brew.

When done steeping, strain the tea, add sweetener of your choice, and add with ice.

Garnish with citrus wheels, berries or any seasonal fruits.

If you want to add caffeine, you can add 1/2 - 1 cup of a black or green tea of your choice.

TIP: Measure a ratio of 1 tablespoon of tea per cup of water to create the amount of tea you want.
