Merchandise Agreement) prior to shipping the unit back to us. All returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping
charges and must have the package insured with a traceable carrier. Defective Products Zojirushi
Products It is rare to receive a Zojirushi product
that is defective and we will work with you to get it repaired. If you
have questions about using the product please contact Zojirushi directly
at 866-238-1688. It is Zojirushi's policy to either repair or replace
a product at their discretion. If you think the product you received
is defective, we will work with you to send the product back to Zojirushi
for testing purposes which usually takes about 1 week after receiving
the item. If the item is defective, we will promptly replace the unit
for you.
