Does Bird Pick Tea & Herb offer wholesale?

We will then contact you with more information.

I just made an order online, what happens now?
All online orders are processed within 24-48 hours. When our accounting department verifies available funds and completes the transaction, they will notify inventory to process and pack your order for shipping. When we ship your product, all customers will receive notification that their order has been shipped.

How are your teas packaged?
Bird Pick loose leaf teas, herbs and some blossoming teas are all sent in a 4oz resealable aluminum foil bags.

I just received my package and it looks like there is either too much tea or not enough. Is there something wrong with my order?
Teas come in all shapes and forms. As a result, some leaves are larger than others, or can take up more space than others. We assure you that each bag will contain 4oz of your desired tea.

No, the amount of tea shown in the picture is much less than the amount in a 4oz bag, depending on the tea.

Why are some of the teas so expensive? Is that really the correct price?
The prices in our website vary greatly. The ones that go for a higher price are more expensive because of the type of tea it is, how it is prepared, what part of the tea plant it is picked from, etc. Also, some teas are generated from thousand year old trees that only produce a certain amount of leaves.
