Organic Pekoe White
About This Tea
Cultivated 60 years after Silver Needle White Tea, Pekoe White is made from whole tea leaves that may lack tips. Pekoe means 'white down,' which describes the fine velvety white fuzz on the light green tea leaves. The leaves are loosely rolled then naturally withered and dried in the sun. Minimal processing leads to maximum antioxidants.
