Liqourice grows wild in Europe and Asia and is surprisingly related to the bean and pea plant. Praised in traditional Chinese medicine to help relieve the chest of phlegm and excessive coughing, Liqourice is also used to flavor food, candy and sodas. Medicinally, it’s taken for its anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and anti-allergenic effects.

How to Brew
- Start with filtered water for the best brew.
- Use 2 medium-sized slices for every 8 oz. of hot water. You can adjust amount to your preferences.
- The ideal water temperature is between 200-212°F.
